The chicken suppliers are raising their prices by 25% now before Pesach. There are still supermarkets with specials on chicken at the moment, but be aware!

(Obviously supermarkets may still choose to offer chicken sales at their loss even if the suppliers’ prices go up, but that remains to be seen!)

Rami Levi will be offering certain products from next week for 1 NIS each, with no minimum purchase required.

• On Sunday (21/3) and Monday (22/3) they plan to offer meat (no. 8) for 1 NIS per kilogram (maximum 2kg per customer);
• On Tuesday (23/3) and Wednesday (24/3) a box of matza (regular, not Shemura) for 1 NIS;
• On Thursday (25/3) and Friday (26/3) a liter bottle of grape juice for 1 NIS;
• On Motzaei Shabbat (27/3) a dozen eggs for 1 NIS;
• On the Sunday (28/3) and Monday (29/3, erev Pesach) they plan to offer a kilogram of chicken for 1 NIS.
